This notice explains how we use your details when you join the Notam Sentinel waitlist at notamsentinel.com or on bostonwarwick.com.
Notam Sentinel is a product of Boston Warwick Ltd, the data controller for your details. Contact us at contact@bostonwarwick.com.
Your email address, your first name and role if you give them, which site you joined from, the time you gave consent and the wording you agreed to, and whether you also asked for the Boston Warwick newsletter.
To confirm your address and tell you about the Notam Sentinel launch and product updates. Our lawful basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the UK GDPR. We don't sell your details or use them for anything else.
Your details are held in Resend, the email service we use to send our emails. Resend stores the data in its EU (Ireland) region. Resend is based in the United States and processes data for us under a data processing agreement with standard contractual clauses. Our website runs on Cloudflare, which may process your IP address to protect the form from spam.
If you don't confirm your address within 7 days, nothing is stored. Once confirmed, we keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until Notam Sentinel closes.
You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email. You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, by writing to contact@bostonwarwick.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
